InVitesse conducted the analysis required to meet a Japan Government Financial Supervisory Agency (FSA) audit.

Information Technology Division, Major Australian Investment Bank
InVitesse project managed the implementation of the Royal Blue Fidessa order management system in the Japan office. This major upgrade to the Bank's Equity processing systems substantially improved the capabilities of the business, enabling new features such as program and algorithmic trading.

InVitesse conducted a study of a well known client facing web based research database, performed a gap analysis and made recommendations for improvements to this system.

Equity Technology Division, Major European Bank
InVitesse analyzed and designed a new process for handling off-market Equity orders through the Tokyo Stock Exchange ToSTNeT system. InVitesse also managed a configuration change to the firm's internal Reuters Triarch network.

InVitesse conducted the analysis to localize and implement a corporate document management system in Japan. This included analysis of business processes regarding securitization, information capture, Japanese language issues and document retention.

InVitesse conducted an analysis of current research department Voiceblast processes, and implemented a new customized Voiceblast system for use in Asia and the United States. The system interfaces with the firm's internal Siebel CRM system.
