Japanese Regulatory Reporting
SilkFire is a Financial Information Reporting system which generates over one hundred separate Japanese Regulatory Reports covering the common Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives market requirements. It provides automatic generation of regulatory reports from a variety of data sources. Imported data is retained in a data repository, and used to populate the relevant reports. These reports are usually scheduled to run automatically using an administrative tool, but can be run manually - for example to print a historic report. Data can input to SilkFire either by data feed files or from stored procedures. An interface is currently available to import data directly from the Nova© settlement system. There are currently five clients using Silkfire in Tokyo, including both sell-side and buy-side.
