1. Prepare your guest households
Add invited families or groups and check each person’s name and places. Every household has its own link, allowing individual replies within the group.
2. Review and publish your invitation
Before sharing, check names, date, venues and times in the mobile preview. Save and publish from the editor. Open the couple’s dashboard from your profile or after publishing.
3. Share from the dashboard
Open Sharing in the couple’s dashboard and personalize the message. Use WhatsApp to open the prepared message, or copy the message and link. Check the recipient and send it from your WhatsApp; Invitesse does not automatically send it for you.
4. Protect household links
Send each household its own link. Avoid posting it on social media or open groups: it identifies the household and allows replies for its members. The general link, if enabled, does not replace private household RSVPs.
5. Review replies
Guests reply within their invitation. Use the dashboard overview and guest list to distinguish attending, declining and unanswered guests. Check whether they have already replied before sending a reminder.
