Terms of service

Last updated: October 19, 2026

These terms govern access to Invitesse and the preparation of digital invitations. The service is offered by Lina Perez Vergara, an individual based in Barranquilla, Colombia, under the Invitesse brand. Contact: hola@invitesse.com.

Current service and scope

The current version lets you explore designs, access an account and prepare drafts. Publication, live RSVPs, file features, payments and add-ons depend on the integration and activation of each feature. A demo or a feature described as in preparation does not establish that it has been purchased or enabled for your account.

Preparing a draft does not purchase a design or publish an invitation. Values identified as provisional or for testing are not final prices. Before charging, the total price, currency, applicable taxes, scope, timing, duration and change or cancellation conditions must be disclosed. These terms do not invent prices, guarantees, support times or refund policies that have not yet been established.

Account and use

You must have the legal capacity to contract or the necessary representation, provide accurate information and protect your credentials. Do not share administrative access with guests. Notify us of unauthorized use. Google sign-in is also subject to Google's terms for that account.

You must not access other people's data without authorization, bypass permissions, introduce malicious software, use the service for spam or upload unlawful or misleading content or content that infringes rights. Use that threatens security or third-party rights may be restricted proportionately and in accordance with applicable obligations.

Content and designs

You retain the rights you hold in the text, photos and other content you provide. You must have permission to use it and to process the personal data included. You authorize the technical processing necessary to save, display and provide the service you request; this does not authorize using your photos in advertising without additional permission.

Invitesse designs, brand elements and software retain their respective rights. Preparing or purchasing an invitation does not itself grant design exclusivity or a right to resell templates. Any special licence or exclusivity must be expressly agreed before purchase. Invitesse does not claim rights it does not hold in third-party resources.

Review, saving and publication

Review names, dates, times, addresses and recipients before sharing. An error indicator means saving has not been confirmed; preserve your changes and retry before closing the tab. Files or features described as local do not automatically synchronize between devices.

When publication is available, it will be separate from the editable draft and will require the relevant activation. Sharing public information or private links affects who can access it; choose recipients and content deliberately. External services, maps, music and providers may change their availability.

Purchases, cancellation and responsibility

A payment is credited only after verification by the provider and server, not by modifying browser data or returning to a success page. Applicable mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, payment reversal and complaint rights will be respected; an agreement cannot remove non-waivable consumer rights.

Responsibility will be determined by law and the service actually purchased. We do not impose a blanket exclusion of our own liability or guarantee uninterrupted availability. Incidents, disputes and requests may be sent to hola@invitesse.com without restricting access to competent authorities or dispute mechanisms.

Changes

Material changes will be communicated appropriately and will not retrospectively alter acquired rights without an applicable basis. Future services or add-ons may require specific terms disclosed before purchase.

Applicable law and consumer rights

Colombian law applies, including applicable consumer protections, without excluding mandatory rules applicable to the user. Commercial identification details and specific purchasing terms will be completed before sales are enabled. This page does not itself establish commercial registration or incorporation of a company.

Planned publication periods

Publication is not yet enabled. For that service, invitations and attendance replies are planned to remain available until 3 months after the event. If the capsule is purchased, only its messages, authors’ names and necessary access data will have a period ending 13 months after the event. The capsule does not extend retention of other guest data. Scope, expiry and the deletion process must be disclosed before purchase. These periods do not announce an available purchase or publication service.
